Youmanize™ Founder’s Office Fellowship
Most workplaces talk about culture like it’s a policy.
A document. A deck. Something you roll out once a year.
At Youmanize™, we look at it differently.
Workplace culture isn’t a policy. It’s people = Humans (or Youmans)
It’s how leaders listen.
It’s how teams disagree.
It’s whether someone feels safe speaking up in a meeting.
It’s the quiet dynamics nobody writes into HR manuals.
Through workshops, storytelling, and consulting, Youmanize™ works with organizations that want to build workplaces that are more self-aware, more inclusive, and honestly… more human.
Behind all of that is a small, growing founder-led business.
Which means ideas move quickly.
Experiments happen often.
And some of the most interesting work starts with a conversation over coffee.
That’s where the Youmanize™ Founder’s Office Fellowship comes in.
Before Youmanize™, I spent years navigating workplaces where I often felt slightly out of place. I was young, looked even younger (the classic baby face problem), and naturally introverted. I wasn’t the loudest voice in the room. And when you’re a shy, soft-spoken woman who doesn’t fit the typical image of authority, people sometimes assume you don’t have much to say. Even when I started my own business early in my career, I noticed the same thing — people would look around the room for the “real leader” before realizing it was me.
Over time, those experiences made me curious about something bigger: how many people quietly edit themselves at work just to be taken seriously? How many good ideas stay unspoken because someone doesn’t feel like they belong in the room? That curiosity eventually turned into Youmanize™ — a space where organizations explore how workplaces can become more human, more self-aware, and a little more honest about the dynamics that shape how we work together.

What This Fellowship Really Is
This is not a traditional internship.
It’s a small, selective experience designed to give students a front-row seat to a founder-led business.
Over three months, fellows will work closely with the founder of Youmanize™, contributing to real projects and learning how ideas turn into conversations, collaborations, and clients.
Some days will involve brainstorming ideas.
Some days will involve research and outreach.
Some days will involve figuring things out together.
If you like curiosity, experimentation, and meaningful conversations, you’ll probably enjoy it here.
